Day 81Carson, Washington

I leave the hotel around 06:30 after a hearty breakfast in a nearby establishment. I do the last check before five days without major supplies, then cross the Bridge of the Gods.

In the middle of the bridge, I leave Oregon and enter Washington State. The PCT begins almost at sea level before going up immediately. This border marks the beginning of the last section: there is only one state left before Canada.
