Day 22Mojave, California

The section is rather unimportant and the days are beginning to look alike. I still meet trail angels and several hikers.

I’m not in great shape and my heels always hurt. I look forward to Kennedy Meadows: this will be an opportunity to take a real day of rest, to eat more and to review certain choices of material, including my mattress, which has become too uncomfortable.
